Non-Automated Government Bills of Lading (GBLs) are multi-use documents that are essential to conducting day-to-day Government operations when transportation of supplies, materials, and personal property is required. These documents are the primary documents used to procure freight and express transportation and related services from commercial carriers, including freight forwarders.


EDA Roles

EDA Roles with the capability to conduct a Non-Automated GBLs Search:

  • Non-Automated GBL
Search Criteria

The user will navigate to the Non-Automated GBL page and enter criteria to retrieve desired data.

Non-Automated GBL Search

  • Non-Automated GBL Number (Starts With / Equal to / Is Null / Not Null)
  • Voucher Number (Starts With / Equal to / Is Null / Not Null)
  • Payment Date (Greater than or equal to/Greater than/Equal to/Less than or equal to/Less than/Is Null/Not Null) to (Less than or equal to / Less than / Equal to)
  • Load Date (Greater than or equal to/Greater than/Equal to/Less than or equal to/Less than/Is Null/Not Null) to (Less than or equal to / Less than / Equal to)

Once the search criteria are entered, the search will return a list of GBLs with the requested criteria.
