  Late Proposal Submissions

Proposal Managers will have the ability to submit proposal offers after the solicitation response date has passed, and will be notified that the offer is being submitted after the deadline.

New tabs available:

  • Offer tab will now be available to the Proposal Manager.
  • Late offers that have been accepted for consideration will be displayed on the Offer tab.
  • A Late Offer tab will be created for Solicitation Manager.

New options available to Solicitation Manager:

  • Accept Late Offer
  • Reject Late Offer

Email notifications:

  • Upon late submission of an offer, the Solicitation Manager will receive an email notifying them that an offer was submitted past the response date.
  • The Solicitation Manager will receive an email notifying them of the submission of an offer by the Proposal Manager.

When submitting a late offer, the Proposal Manager will be notified that it is being submitted after the deadline. The Solicitation Manager will have ability to select a justification for consideration of a late offer.
