Proposal Managers have the ability to submit proposal offers after the notice response date has passed and are notified that the offer is being submitted after the deadline.
New tabs available:
- Offer tab is available to the Proposal Manager.
- Late offers that have been accepted for consideration are displayed on the Offer tab.
- A Late Offer tab is available for Solicitation Managers.
New options available to Solicitation Manager:
- Accept Late Offer
- Reject Late Offer
Email Notifications:
- Upon late submission of an offer, the Solicitation Manager receives an email notifying them that an offer was submitted past the response date.
- The Solicitation Manager receives an email notifying them of the submission of an offer by the Proposal Manager.
When submitting a late offer, the Proposal Manager is notified that it is being submitted after the deadline. The Solicitation Manager has the ability to select a justification for consideration of a late offer.
