Purpose
FedMall is the premier government e-commerce acquisition platform providing an optimal experience for customers which include the United States military services, federal, state and authorized local governmental agencies. Additional Registration Information
All FedMall users will be required to register in PIEE with a CAC/PIV/Software Certificate without a PKI Exemption.
A PKI Exemption flag may be turned on or off for FedMall user registration. The PKI Exemption will allow users to register with a User ID/Password instead of a CAC/PIV/Software Certificate.
If the PKI flag is off and the user attempts to add a new role while logging in with a User ID/Password an error message will be displayed: Error: You MUST be registered with a CAC/PIV/Software Certificate to add a FedMall role.
If the PKI flag is on and the user attempts to add a role where the User ID and/or Location Code isn't in the PKI table an error message will be displayed: Error: No PKI exemptions were found for the FedMall application roles. You MUST register with CAC/PIV or Software Certificate if you want to add FedMall roles to your account.

FedMall PMO Role users will have both of the FedMall Icons for FedMall Supplier Portal / FEDS and FedMall Commerce.
