Report to search for a user/role combination across all of the PIEE applications.



EDA Roles

Roles with access to the User Report:

  • Acquisition Sensitive Reporting
  • Advanced Reporting
  • EDA Executive Reporting User
Where to Run the Report

Expand the Reports menu under Analytics in EDA and select the Access and Account Management Report option.

Search Criteria

The User Report page displays. Enter search criteria to retrieve desired data.

User Report Search Criteria:

Role Search Criteria:

  • Role Status * (options: Active / Inactive / Archive)
  • Applications * (See list below)
  • Role Location Code Search by
    • Organizational Group
      • Role Location Group
        • Home Organization Find Organizational Group by Group Name (Pop-up box)
        • Home Organization PIEE Level 2
      • Role Location Group Include Subgroups
    • Organizational Code
      • Role Location Codes (parameters: Starts With / Equal To)
  • Roles

User Search Criteria:

  • Home Organization Search by
    • Organizational Group
      • Home Organization Group
        • Home Organization Find Organizational Group by Group Name (Pop-up box)
        • Home Organization PIEE Level 2
      • Home Organization Include Subgroups
    • Organizational Code
      • Home Organization Location Codes (parameters: Starts With / Equal To)
  • Start Registration Date Range
  • End Registration Date Range
  • User Email (parameters: Starts With / Equal To / Contains)
  • User First Name (parameters: Starts With / Equal To)
  • User Last Name (parameters: Starts With / Equal To)
  • Logon Type (options: Common Access Card / Software Certificate / User ID \ Password)
  • User Type(s) (options: Civilian / Military / Contractor)
  • Warrant Indicator (options: Y / N)

Click the Search button after entering the search criteria. The search results display on the following page.

Example: Application Selection

To return results with a specific Application, select a value from the Application Selection dropdown menu.

The User Report Results table displays the search results.

NOTE: The columns are sortable.

Exporting Search Results

Click the Export button on the search results page to export as CSV or Excel. A job runs to download the file.

Viewing Available Downloads of Reports:

In the navigation panel, under the Tasks menu, select Task Download.

The Job List page appears. Click the Download button in the Actions column.

The Download Files pop-up appears with job details. Select the Direct Download link in the Direct Download (faster download) column.

The system downloads the file to the local machine based on browser settings.
