Roles with access to the PCM Hierarchy Flag Reports

• Advanced Reporting
• Acquisition Sensitive Reporting
• EDA Executive Reporting User

Expand the Reports menu under Analytics in EDA and select the PCM Reports option.

In the PCM Reports section, select the PCM Hierarchy Flag Reports.

The PCM Hierarchy Flag page displays. Enter search criteria to retrieve desired data.

PCM Hierarchy Flag Report Search Criteria:

DoDAAC Search By:

Search By Organization:

• Organization Code
  (fields display when Organization Code button is selected)
  • DoDAAC (parameters: Starts With / Equal to)
  • CGAC Code (parameters: Starts With / Equal to)
  • Sub Tier Code (parameters: Starts With / Equal to)
• Organization Group
  (fields display when Organization Group button is selected)
  • DoDAAC Group Find Organization group by Group Name
    (pop-up displays when Find Group is clicked)
    • DoDAAC Group Find Organization group by Group Name
    • DoDAAC PIEE Level 2 (drop-down includes PIEE Level 2 Organization Groups)
      • Buttons
        • Save
        • Cancel
    • Include Subgroups? (field is a toggle)
    • CGAC Code (parameters: Starts With / Equal to)
    • Sub Tier Code (parameters: Starts With / Equal to)

Click the Search button after entering the search criteria. The search results display on the following page.

The PCM Hierarchy Flag Report table displays the search results.

NOTE: The columns are sortable.

Click the Export button on the search results page to export as CSV or Excel. A job runs to download the file.

Viewing the Available Downloads of Reports

In the navigation panel, under the Task Menu, select Task Download

The Job List page appears. Click the Download button in the Action column.

The Download Files pop-up appears with job details. Select the Direct Download link in the Direct Download (faster download) column.

The system downloads the file to the local machine based on browser settings.
