EDA Roles	Roles with access to the GFP Plant Clearance Report in EDA: Acquisition Sensitive Reporting Advanced Reporting EDA Executive Reporting User
Search Criteria	Navigate to the GFP Plant Clearance Report page by logging into PIEE and then selecting the EDA icon. On the EDA homepage, select Analytics from the EDA Dashboard, then select the Reports dropdown and click on the GFP Reports. Select Plant Clearance Report from the GFP Reports. Navigate to the Plant Clearance Report page and enter criteria to retrieve desired data. Search Criteria: Do you want to run a summary or detail report? Summary (radio button) Detail (radio button) CAGE Code Contract Number Status (Filter By Status Dropdown) Void Rejected Draft Accepted Established to Case Recalled Submitted Accepted Sample Plant Clearance Summary Report Search: After search criteria has been entered, click the Search button. Sample Plant Clearance Detail Report Search: After the search criteria has been entered, click the Search button.
Sample Report Results	When the search button is clicked, the system will return a list of results with the requested criteria. Sample Plant Clearance Summary Report Search Results The search results will include the following fields: Schedule Reference Contract Order Number Alternate Schedule Reference Case Status Line Items Without Disposition Code Days Since Case Established Case Number Prime CAGE Document Status Date of Last Disposition Remaining Acquisition Cost Days to Close Case Contract Number Property Location CAGE or Zip Code Status Date Total Number of Line Items Days to Accept Schedule PLCO Sample Plant Clearance Summary Report spreadsheet: Sample Plant Clearance Detail Report Search Results The search results will include the following fields: Schedule Reference Contract Order Number Alternate Schedule Reference Case Status Line Items Without Disposition Code Days Since Case Established Line Item Number NSN/LSN Model Number Quantity DEMIL Code Contractor Office Case Number Prime CAGE Document Status Date of Last Disposition Remaining Acquisition Cost Days to Close Case Line Item Name Manufacturer CAGE Disposition Code Unit Acquisition Cost Condition Code Screener Rules Contract Number Property Location CAGE or Zip Code Status Date Total Number of Line Items Days to Accept Schedule PLCO Line Item Description Part Number Disposition Description Total Acquisition Cost Hazardous Material Code Sample Plant Clearance Detail Report Search Results:
Exporting Search Results	When the search results are returned, the Export dropdown button allows the user to export search results in CSV or Excel format for import to a spreadsheet. For this guide, Excel format is being used. After the Excel link is selected a message appears to inform the user that the requested download has begun and can be found in the Task Download section of EDA Homepage menu. In the Task section of the EDA Dashboard, select Task Download. Find the requested report in the Job List and select the Jobs button in the Action column.
