Energy In-Transit Report

EDA roles with the capability to access the Energy In-Transit Report in EDA:

• Acquisition Sensitive Reporting
• Advanced Reporting
• Executive Reporting

The user will navigate to the Energy In-Transit Report page and enter criteria to retrieve desired data.

• Submitted Date From
• Submitted Date To
• Extracted Date From
• Extracted Date To
• Active Archive Indicator

Upon selecting the Search button on the Search Criteria page, a list of Energy In-Transit records will be returned.

Search Results data:

• Active Archive Indicator
• Submitted Date
• Contract Number
• Delivery Order Number
• Shipment Number
• Quantity Shipped
• Quantity Accepted
• Unit of Measure
• CLIN
• Inspection Point Code
• Acceptance Point Code
• Ship to DoDAAC Code
• Accept by DoDAAC Code
• Extract Date
• NSN

The user may download the report by expanding the Export dropdown menu and selecting either the CSV or Excel options.

To retrieve exported report data, select the Task Download link in the Tasks menu in the navigation pane.

Exports will be listed on the Job List page. Jobs with a status of Finished will be available for download.

1. Select the Download button in the Actions column to proceed with downloading the report.
2. Select the Delete button in the Actions column to delete the download from the job list.

Selecting the Download button will present the Download Files modal. To download the report data to the local directory, select Direct Download or Download via EDA App.
