ECWM Report

Roles with access to the ECWM Report:

• Acquisition Sensitive Reporting
• Advanced Reporting
• Executive Reporting

Expand the Reports menu under Analytics in EDA and select the Award Reports option.

In the Award Reports section select the ECWM Report.

The ECWM Report page displays. Enter search criteria to retrieve desired data.

ECWM Report Search Criteria:

• Agency (multi-select drop-down)

Buttons:

• Search
• Bookmark
• Cancel

Click the Search button after entering the search criteria. The search results display on the following page.

The ECWM Report Search Results table displays the search results.

ECWM Report Search Results Columns:

• Agency
• DoDAAC
• New SPS/PD2 Awards
• SPS/PD2 Mods
• SPS/PD2 Total Obligated Amount
• New ECWM Awards
• ECWM Mods
• ECWM Total Obligated Amount
• Total Obligated Amount

Buttons:

• Export
  • As CSV
  • As Excel
• Save Search
• Refine Search
• New Search

NOTE: The columns are sortable.

Click the Export button on the search results page to export as CSV or Excel. A job runs to download the file.

Viewing Available Downloads of Reports:

In the navigation panel, under the Tasks menu, select Task Download.

The Job List page appears. Click the Download button in the Actions column.

1. Select the Download button in the Actions column to proceed with downloading the report.
2. Select the Delete button in the Actions column to delete the download from the job list.

The Download Files pop-up appears with job details. Select the Direct Download link in the Direct Download (faster download) column.

The system downloads the file to the local machine based on browser settings.
