Steps to Add Document(s) |
Step 1: After selecting COR Surveillance and Oversight from the SPM Menu the following page will display. The user will enter search criteria and click the Search button. The Search results will be restricted by role, agency and DoDAAC.
Step 2: A list of relevant contracts will be returned.
Step 3: After selecting the Contract Number link, the following page will be displayed. Each contract will have the following sections of information:
- Contracting Information
- Contractor Information
- Period of Performance for Monitoring
- Contract Place of Performance
- QA Surveillance Plan/Waiver
- COR information
- Supervisor/Commander Information
- COR Certifications
- Supervisor/Commander Certifications
- Contracting Officer Certifications
- Designation Letter
- Termination Letter
- Workflow History
- COR Documents

Add Surveillance Document(s) |
The user will select one of the Document Types: Bonds, Compliance, Deficiency Reports, Deliverables, Drawing Specifications and Performance Parameters, Earned Value Management, Environmental Plan, Integrated Master Schedule, Maintenance Plan, Non-Conformance Reports, Other, Other Construction/A&E, Other Contractor Performance Documents, Other Schedule, Other Surveillance Document, Other Warranty Documents, Payroll, Safety Plan, Test Reports, and Work Plan.

Required Fields |
Each document added has the following required fields: Month, Year, Document Type, Selected Surveillance Document(s) and Queue. If the user is entering in a Document Type of Other, they must also enter a Document Description.
