Roles with Search Access for SPM User Report

The user will log into PIEE and select the SPM icon.

On the SPM Homepage select the Menu button.

On the SPM Menu page select Admin Reports – EDA.

Selecting the Admin Reports – EDA will send the user to the Kibana homepage. Once there, the user will select the SPM User Report.

Once the SPM User Report is selected the Report will return the following values:

• User ID
• Location Code
• Activity Name
• Status ID
• Attachment Indicator
• Comment Indicator
• User First Name
• User Last Name
• User Title
• User Phone Number
• User Mail
• Role
• Inactive Date
• Archive Date
• Last Access Date
• User Registration Date
• Group Name
