Overview

The Shared Data Warehouse (SDW) provides a database environment where standardized, shared, cross-functional contracting data is available to the DoD to improve the procurement of supplies, services, and contract payments necessary to maintain the military readiness of the Armed Services.

User Role Activation

SDW Users will self register in PIEE by DoDAAC.

This image displays User Role Activation Process Self Register in PIEE by DoDAAC. SDW User/SDW Admin User > Supervisor Approval > GAM/PIEE Admin Approval. Note: These roles will fall within the Procurement/Finance/Logistics Group Structure. There will be no migration process for existing users.
