Email Body: The following DoDAAC(s) for which you are a PIEE Government Administrator (GAM) have been deleted/deactivated in the Defense Automatic Addressing System (DAAS): X, Y, X.

Deleted/deactivated DoDAACs will be automatically archived in PIEE in X days. If the DoDAAC is still needed, please notify the appropriate POCs in your organization. For instructions on reactivating a DoDAAC, please go to the DAAS website.

Active and Inactive Registered Users of Specific DoDAAC When the system determines that a DoDAAC has been deactivated or deleted in DAAS

Email Subject: DoDAAC Deletions/Deactivations from DAAS

Email Body: The following DoDAAC(s) for which you are a registered user have been deleted/deactivated in the Defense Automatic Addressing System (DAAS): D7LC00, DAEJ00, DAR009.

Deleted/deactivated DoDAACs will be automatically archived in PIEE in X days. If the DoDAAC is still needed, please notify the appropriate POCs in your organization. For instructions on reactivating a DoDAAC, please go to the DAAS website.

GAMs (Active and Inactive Registered, or the next highest level GAMs if none for that group) If the DoDAAC is reactivated before X days, the system notifies the GAM(s) and does not auto-archive the DoDAAC so that the reactivated DoDAAC is properly maintained in the PIEE hierarchy.

Email Body: <The following DoDAAC(s) for which you are a PIEE Government Administrator (GAM) have been re-inserted from Defense Automatic Addressing System (DAAS) before the automated archive process and therefore will not be automatically archived: FU4417, S0512A>

PMO If the archive utility attempts to automatically move a DoDAAC to the archive group, but cannot because the Location Code is the last in its group and there are still subgroups below it, then the following email is sent to the PMO

Email Subject: Unsuccessful Automatic DoDAAC Archival

Email Body: The following DoDAACs could not be automatically moved to the Archive group for the specified reasons:

FU4417 :

The location code cannot be added to this group because it is currently the only location code in the <Group Name> group. <Group Name> cannot be deleted at this time because it contains subgroups. If you wish to move the location code out of the <Group Name> group, you must first move or delete the subgroups.

S0512A :

The location code cannot be added to this group because it is currently the only location code in the <Group Name> group. <Group Name> cannot be deleted at this time because it contains subgroups. If you wish to move the location code out of the <Group Name> group, you must first move or delete the subgroups.>

GAMs (Active and Inactive, or the next highest level GAMs if none for that group) When the DoDAAC is moved to the archive group within PIEE, a notification is automatically sent out to the GAMs

PMO If a DoDAAC is deactivated/deleted from DAAS but that DoDAAC is listed in the extra DoDAAC tables, then the following email is sent to the PMO email address in the system property file

Email Body: <The following DoDAACs listed in the WAWF Extra Data table have been automatically moved to the Archive group: X, Y, Z.>

PMO If the DoDAAC is not automatically archived due to determination that it is a Pay DoDAAC with open contracts, then the following email will be sent to the PMO email address in the system properties file

Prior registered users who were active/inactive users at the time of automatic archival and are still active/inactive users in the system A DoDAAC is reactivated in DAAS after the automatic archival timeframe system parameter has expired in PIEE and the DoDAAC has been automatically archived

No action is needed unless you have reason to believe that a DoDAAC was incorrectly added to the group. If you believe that a DoDAAC was incorrectly added to the group, then please reach out to the HQ-level GAM of your organization. If you don’t know who that is, please click on the “Find GAM/CAM” link.

GAMs (Active/Inactive) A DoDAAC is added to an existing group in PIEE through the addition of a new sub-group with a DoDAAC to that existing group

Email Subject: DoDAAC Added to Existing Group

No action is needed unless you have reason to believe that a DoDAAC was incorrectly added to the group. If you believe that a DoDAAC was incorrectly added to the group, then please reach out to the HQ-level GAM of your organization.
