GPC DoD Program Management Officer (GPC-PMO) is an Admin role available in the Purchase Card application on Self-registration and Add Roles the registration process is as follows: Register for GPC PMO -> Supervisor Approval -> GAM activation. Once the GPC PMO role is activated, user logs in and will have access to the PIEE Administration Console. With this GPC PMO role, user is able to manage JAM users. |

GPC Help Administrator (GPC-HAM) registration process follows: Register for GPC HAM -> Supervisor Approval -> GAM activation. Once the GPC HAM role is activated, user logs in and the “JAM” application icon will be available on the portal page. With this GPC HAM role, user will be able to search for any appointment (i.e. A/OPC, Oversight A/OPC, Approving Official Appointment, Cardholder Appointment, Certifying Officer Appointment, Component Program Manager Appointment). |

This is an overview of the GPC Auditor workflow on how to register and activate a new role.
- Registration is at a Level 1 or Level 2 Group.
- An auditor letter is required to register for this role.
- Activation by GPC DoD Program Management Officer (GPC PMO Personnel only) or the PIEE - Government Administrator (GAM).
- Access is granted to the GPC Auditor for JAM, Advana, and US Bank by a GPC PMO or Component Program Manager (CPM).
- Access to Advana and US Bank SSOs.
- This user roles will not have system administration role capabilities and will have view-only access to the Purchase Card JAM module.

This is an overview of the GPC Support View Only workflow on how to register and activate a new role.
- Registration is at Group Level or by Location Code.
- Activation is by GAM/PIEE Admin.
- Users with DoDAAC level access will have the ability to view JAM appointments in which the specific DoDAAC is on the appointment or in which the DoDAAC is part of a specific group identified on the appointment.
- Users with Group level access will have the ability to view GPC appointments in which any DoDAAC on the appointment is in or below the group level that the user has access to or if the group on the appointment is at or below the group that the user has access to.
- This user roles will not have system administration role capabilities and will have view-only access to the Purchase Card JAM module.
