My Workload


The My Workload folder in GFP Property Loss contains all cases that are currently assigned to that user.

There are two actions available to the user:

  • Open - Allows the user to open the case to work on it.
  • Change Routing - Allows the user to assign the case to another user.

Search

Search takes the user to a Search Criteria page where they can enter information into the fields in order to locate cases.

The Search Criteria are:

  • Contract Number
  • Contract Order Number
  • Prime CAGE Code
  • Case Number
  • Contractor Reference Number
  • Case Status
  • Property Administrator First Name
  • Property Administrator Last Name
  • Date Established Start
  • Date Established End

Clicking the Search button will take users to the search Results page, users will have access to the actions:

  • View – this allows the user to open the case in View Only.
  • Reassign – this allows the user to assign the case to themselves to work.
  • Open - this allows the user to open the Property Loss Case and work it.
  • Change Routing - this allows the user to assign the Property Loss to another user.
  • Update – this allows a PA to update a closed Property Loss Case.

Property Loss Case - Statuses

  • Closed
  • Draft
  • Investigating
  • Pending - Contracting Officer Determination
  • Pending - GFR Review
  • Pending Closure
  • Recalled
  • Rejected
  • Void

PA Comments Section

When opening a Property Loss case, the Header tab now includes a PA Comments section. This section allows Property Administrators to document case-related updates and internal notes.

  • The PA Comments section is always visible to all user roles, across all case statuses.
  • Comments display in reverse chronological order, with the most recent entry at the top.
  • New comments appear immediately after being saved by the Property Administrator.

This section explains how to locate a rejected Property Loss case, view existing PA Comments, and add a new comment using the available options.

How to View and Add Comments in Rejected Cases

When a Property Loss case is in Rejected status, users can view and add PA Comments through the Search screen. Follow these steps:

  1. Click Search from the main Property Loss menu.
  2. Enter your criteria (such as Case Number or Status: Rejected), then click Search.
  3. In the results table, look for the case with View/Add Comment in the action column.
  4. Click View/Add Comment to open the case.
  5. Scroll to the PA Comments section in the Header tab.
  6. Click Add Comments to open the comment input box.
  7. Enter your comment, then click Save.
  8. The new comment will appear immediately at the top of the list.

The following steps describe how to add a PA Comment in a Rejected Property Loss case:

  1. Scroll to the PA Comments section on the Header tab.
  2. Click the Add Comments button.
  3. Enter your comment in the text field that appears.
  4. Click Save to submit the comment.
  5. The new comment will appear immediately at the top of the list.

Search Results – View/Add Comment

In the Search Results screen, cases in Rejected status display a View/Add Comment link. This allows users to access the case and add a new PA Comment directly from the Header tab.

Saved Comments – Display Order

After a comment is added, the saved entry appears immediately in the PA Comments section. Comments are displayed in reverse chronological order, with the most recent shown at the top of the list.
