Inventory Schedule Create - CPM This is an overview of how to create an Inventory Schedule by a CPM (PDF). This training demonstrates how to create a Plant Clearance Inventory Schedule document as a Contractor Property Manager. Inventory Schedules are submitted to Plant Clearance Officers (PLCO) and may be Reviewed and Accepted by Plant Clearance Officers and Support Plant Clearance Officers. The Plant Clearance module allows acquiring agencies to view excess property, create requisitions, and see the status of current requisitions.

Plant Clearance Document - Case Workload

The Case Workload folder provides, available to the Contractor Property Manager role, provides a list of Inventory Schedules created by the user. Actions available to the CPM in the Case Workload folder are:

  • View – Available for CPM to view the Inventory Schedule in a view only version
  • Recall – Available for CPM to recall a submitted Inventory Schedule from a PLCO

Inventory Schedule Statues in the Case Workload folder:

  • Void
  • Submitted
  • Accepted
  • Accepted - Established to Case

CPM users will have access to the Case Workload option under Plant Clearance in GFP.

Clicking the Case Workload option under Plant Clearance > Contractor Property Manager dropdown will take the user to a search results screen.

On the Contractor Property Manager - Case Workload - Search Results screen the user will see documents created by the CPM user.

CPM users will have access to the actions:

  • View Schedule
  • View/Edit Case
  • Recall

Plant Clearance Document - Case Workload - Recall

Recall is only available for documents in the "Submitted" status and has not been opened by a PLCO or Support PLCO user. After recalling the the Plant Clearance Document the CPM user will be able to open the document from "Schedule Workload".

Plant Clearance Document - Void

CPM users will have access to the Schedule Workload option under Plant Clearance where they may open documents in Draft, Recalled, and Rejected status and void the Plant Clearance Document.

If a Document is Voided while it is in Draft status it will be purged from the system. If the Document is in Recalled or Rejected status it will be voided and in view only.

A CPM user may void a document by going to Schedule Workload under Plant Clearance > Contractor Property Manager dropdown in GFP.

On the Schedule Workload - Search Results screen click the action Open next to the document that needs to be voided.

A Void Confirmation pop up will be displayed, click the OK button to confirm the voiding of the Document.

After Voiding the Document if it was in the Recalled or Rejected status it will show up in Case Workload under Plant Clearance > Contractor Property Manager dropdown in GFP.

Voided Documents will be view only.


Plant Clearance Document - Purge

A CPM User may manually Purge a Plant Clearance Document by voiding a Document in the draft status.

CPM users will have access to the Schedule Workload or Case Workload option under Plant Clearance > Contractor Property Manager dropdown in GFP where they may open documents in Draft status and void the Plant Clearance Document.

Plant Clearance Documents that have been in the Draft status and the last save is 180 days old the document will automatically be purged from the system.
