My Workload

My Workload folder in GFP CAP Pre-screening contains all cases that are currently assigned to that user. There are two actions available to the user:

Open - which allows the user to open the CAP Pre-screening Document and work it.

Change Routing - which allows the user to assign the CAP Pre-screening to another user. This action is only available to users with the roles: Contracting Officer or GFP Admin

Search

Search takes the user to a Search Criteria page where they can enter information into the fields in order to locate cases. The Search Criteria are:

  • Losing Contract Number
  • Losing Contract Order Number
  • Losing Prime CAGE Code
  • Gaining Contract Number
  • Gaining Contract Order Number
  • Gaining Prime CAGE Code
  • CAP Document Number
  • Contracting Officer First Name
  • Contracting Officer Last Name
  • Document Status
  • Submit Date Start
  • Submit Date End

Clicking the Search button will take users to the search Results page, users will have access to the actions:

  • View – this allows the user to open the case in View Only.
  • Reassign – this allows the user to assign the case to themself to work.
  • Open - this allows the user to open the CAP Pre-screening Document and work it.
  • Change Routing - this allows the user to assign the CAP Pre-screening to another user.

CAP Pre-screening Document - Statuses

  • Draft
  • Pending - Contracting Officer Determination
  • Rejected
  • Void
  • Recalled
  • Complete

CAP Pre-screening Document - Save

CAP Pre-screening Documents may be saved to be worked at a later time.

Clicking the Save button on a CAP Pre-screening Document will save the document with all current changes and comments.

An Info message will be displayed indicating a successful save and that the save action and comments have been added to the history tab.

The History tab reflects all actions against the CAP Pre-screening Document. Each entry provides the user's information and any comments they may have entered.
