Purpose
The Contract Property Administration Management (CPAM) is the application which Property Administrators use to track their property administration assignments and audits. CPAM allows for planning surveillance and monitoring of all government property in custody of a contractor, regardless of associated contracts. It provides a Web-based, user-friendly interface for DCMA Property Administrators to do the following:
- Review contracts
- Accept contracts that have government property
- Not accept contracts that do not have government property
- Schedule property audits
- Record results of audits
- Close a Contract Property Management (CPM) record
- Close out the property administration portion of contracts in MOCAS
- Reopen the property administration portion of contracts in MOCAS
