My Workload

The My Workload is the default landing page for CPAM users. Users can access different records available for reviewing, editing, or viewing. Each user role has tables to access CPAM records; details for each are below.

Open a record from the My Workload by clicking an option under the Action column hyperlink. The record displays to the user differently depending on chosen action.

Roles and their My Workload Tables:

CPAM – Property Administrator

When a Contract a Contract Delivery Order Number requires Property Administration it will be listed in this section.

If Any of the following activity is present, then the Contract Delivery Oder Number will appear in Contract Acceptance My Workload:

  • Special Provision Code (SPC) E
  • FAR Clause 52.245-1
  • GFP Attachment
  • GFP Property Transfer
  • GFP Property Loss
  • GFP Plant Clearance

The PA will be able to see a list of Contract Delivery Order Numbers and CAGE Codes in Contract Acceptance My Workload with following columns:

Contract Acceptance My Workload
  • Contract Number
  • Delivery Order
  • Admin By
  • Facility CAGE
  • Contract Type
  • CAR-Sec
  • Final Delivery
  • CPAM Accepted Date (The date is auto-system generated from the date that the Contract Delivery Order Number appears in the Acceptance My Workload)
  • R9 Remarks
  • GFP Attachments
  • GFP Transfers
  • GFP Property Loss
  • GFP Plant Clearance
  • Requiring Property Clearance (Null)
  • Update Contract Closeout
  • FAR Clause 52.245-1

Choose a cage record and in the Contract Information section select Yes/No in Drop Down from Update Contract Closeout pop-up window.

Action Result
Select "Yes" from Dropdown
  • Contract Closeout Worksheet is updated
  • Contract Delivery Order Number is no longer seen on Acceptance My Workload
Select "No" from Dropdown
  • Contract Delivery Order Number is no longer seen on Acceptance My Workload

If Any of the following occurs and the Property Clearance Required is Null, the contract will be pushed back to Contract Acceptance My Workload for Property Administrator to Confirm:

  • Special Provision Code (SPC) E
  • FAR Clause 52.245-1
  • GFP Attachment
  • GFP Property Transfer
  • GFP Property Loss
  • GFP Plant Clearance

Contract Number will appear on Acceptance My Workload if Property Clearance Required is No, and if any of the above have changed after Contract Number was marked No.

NOTE: Data pulled from SDW is queried daily.


Status List

All CPAM Records

CPAM records are automatically created by the system in CPAM and are either Active or Inactive. If there is at least one active contract, then the CAGE/CPM record is considered Active. A Contract is considered active if the Property Clearance Required equals yes and the Property Clearance Complete equals No.


How to Search for Records in CPAM

All registered CPAM users can use the record Search in the Contract Property Administration Management (CPAM) application.

  • CAGE Code (Starts With)
  • Contract Number (Starts With)
  • Property Administrator First Name (Starts With)
  • Property Administrator Last Name (Starts With)
  • Contractor Name (with parameters: Contains / Equal To / Starts With)
  • State (dropdown)
  • Risk (dropdown: Select / Low / Moderate / High)
  • Sensitive (dropdown: Select / Yes / No)
  • Frequency (dropdown: Select / Annual / Biennial / Triennial)
