My Workload
The My Workload is the default landing page for CPAM users. Users can access different records available for reviewing, editing, or viewing. Each user role has tables to access CPAM records; details for each are below.
Open a record from the My Workload by clicking an option under the Action column hyperlink. The record displays to the user differently depending on chosen action.

NOTE: When a contract has a CAR-Sec status of 4 - Payment/CLR Adjustments Pending, 5 - Closed, Daily, 8 - Closed During Month, or 9 - Closed, MOCAS EOM Removal, and the Property Clearance Required field is "No" or blank, the Contract Number and Delivery Order do not display on the Property Clearance Requirement Review dashboard.
Choose a CAGE record and in the Contract Information section and select Yes or No in the drop-down from the 'Contract Closeout' pop-up window.

Status List
All CPAM Records
CPAM records are automatically created by the system in CPAM and are either Active or Inactive. If there is at least one active contract, then the CAGE/CPM record is considered Active. A Contract is considered active if the Property Clearance Required equals yes and the Property Clearance Complete equals No.
How to Search for Records in CPAM

All registered CPAM users can use the record Search in the Contract Property Administration Management (CPAM) application.
