Manually Create Contract Information Record

A CPAM Super User can create a Contract Information record that has not created via automated process from SDW.

If CAGE Code is a new CAGE Code - Super User must Add a New CAGE Code (via Add button or similar).

Only Super Users can delete and manually create Contract Information records.

NOTE: Functions the same as auto-created records but does not communicate with any external systems/data sources.

The Contract Information Record includes the following fields:

CPAM Field Label in application Validations
Contract Number Required

Alphanumeric only

13 maximum # characters

Must be Unique

Prime CAGE Code

Required

Validation in SAM and CPAM

NOTE: CAGE Code can be used multiple instances - not unique

Facility CAGE Optional
Contract Type Optional
CAR-Sec Optional
Delivery Order Optional
Final Delivery Date Optional
R9 Remarks Optional

CPAM Create Contract Information Record Process

  1. Log in to Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Application (https://piee.eb.mil/).
  2. Open the Contract Property Administration (CPAM) by clicking the 'CPAM' icon.
  3. Click Create under the CPAM section of the navigation bar.
  4. Create Contract Information Record page displays.
  5. Enter the necessary information.
  6. Click the Save button.
  7. A success screen displays the message “The Contract Information was successfully saved.”
  8. Use the CPAM Navigation to return.
