Contracting Information Technology (CON-IT) - Web Based Training
 

  Overview

Purpose

PIEE provides a single sign on capability and access controls for the Air Force Contract Writing system for contracting. PIEE provides the ability for users to register for the Air Force Contracting Systems. It will route the user’s registration requests to the supervisor for approval and then to the GAM for activation (except System Administrator). After activation, display a CON-IT icon and provision the user in the Contracting System using OAuth and Open ID Connect SSO technology.


User Role Activation Process

This image displays the login CON-IT registration process to access the application. Self Register in PIEE by DoDAAC, 1. Organization Administrator 2. Supervisor 3. Contracting Officer 4. Contract Specialist. Then Supervisor Approval. Then GAM/PIEE Admin Approval.

NOTE: These roles will fall within the “Procurement/Finance/Logistics” Group Structure and there will be no migration process for existing CON-IT users.


Login

If the user has one or more of the following active roles: Organization Administrator, Supervisor, Contracting Officer, or Contract Specialist they will be able to access CON-IT once logged into PIEE under the Award group.
