Corporate Electronic Document Management System (CEDMS) - Web Based Training
 

  Overview

Purpose

PIEE provides a single sign on capability and access for Corporate Electronic Document Management System (CEDMS) for vouchers. PIEE provides the ability for users to register for CEDMS. It will route the user’s registration requests to the supervisor for approval and then to the GAM for activation. After activation, display a CEDMS icon and provision the user in the Payment System using OAuth and Open ID Connect SSO technology.


User Role Activation Process

This image displays the login CEDMS registration process to access the application. Self Register in PIEE by DoDAAC, 1. CDEMS Vouchers - All, 2. CDEMS Vouchers - Accounting, 3. CDEMS Vouchers - Commercial Pay, 4. CDEMS Vouchers - Military Pay, 5. CDEMS Vouchers - Travel. The process follows role selection to Supervisor Approval and then GAM/PIEE Admin Approval.

If the user has one active roles: CEDMS Vouchers-All, CEDMS Vouchers- Accounting, CEDMS Vouchers-Commercial Pay, CEDMS Vouchers-Military Pay, CEDMS Voucher-Travel they will be able to access CEDMS once logged into PIEE under the Payment group.


When CEDMS was deployed, and registration and access for CEDMS Vouchers was removed from EDA, DFAS and its customers will no longer be able to access vouchers and voucher attachments.
