Purpose
The Audit Tracking and Action Tool enables contracting personnel from DCMA and other components of the department to enter event data in compliance with the requirements of DoDI 7640.02. This tool is a database with fields that answer the questions of what was done and when to resolve DCAA audit report findings. The records begin and end with the documentation of how DCMA addresses audit report findings; the records do not capture what led to the audit or how DCMA resolves the audit if the resolution goes beyond negotiation.
