Report Codes and Their Deadlines

Within the AT-AT Application there are ten different types of Reports. Each report type has a specific letter code that it correlates to. Additionally, each report type has two fields that populate within the record: Target Resolution Date and Target Disposition Date. The timeline for these dates varies depending on the Report type selected.

Report Type Report Code Target Resolution Date Target Disposition Date
Business Systems B Calculated Ten Calendar days after the Date Report Received field value Calculated 70 Calendar Days after the Date Report Received field value
Claims and Equitable Adjustments C Calculated Six Months after the Report Date field value Calculated 12 months after the Report Date field value
Post Award D Calculated Six Months after the Report Date field value Calculated 12 months after the Report Date field value
CAS and DS E

When the field is equal to "CAS Noncompliance" the date is calculated 15 days after the report date field.

Email Notification for Record Deadlines

Within AT-AT, two tracked Record Deadlines are used to maintain the schedules. Both Record Deadlines abide by GMT. Tracked deadlines vary by Report Code (link).

Tracked Deadlines

Target Resolution Date

  • C, D, F, G, H, I, J – Calculated 6 months after the Report Date
  • B, K – Calculated 10 Calendar Days after the Date Report Received
  • E – When the field is equal to “CAS Noncompliance” the date is calculated 15 calendar days after the Report Date field. When the field is equal to “Disclosure Statement/Cost Impact” the date is calculated 6 months after the report date field

Revised Target Resolution Date (On an AT-AT report the Revised Target Resolution Date field displays if the Target Resolution date field date has passed plus 1 day.)

Target Disposition Date

  • C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J – Calculated 12 months after the Report Date
  • B, K – Calculated 70 Calendar Days after the Date Report Received

Revised Target Disposition Date (On an AT-AT report the Revised Target Disposition Date field displays if the Target Disposition date field date has passed plus 1 day.)

SOL (Statute of Limitations) Date

  • Date auto-populates and automatically calculates 6 years from the "Estimated Accrual/Notice Date."

Record Deadline Examples

The record timer begins on the "Report Date" (Report Codes = C, D, F, G, I, or J) or "Date Report Received" (Report Codes = B, E, H, or K) and notifies users when 25% of the calendar days remain until the record’s deadline “Target Resolution Date” and “Target Disposition Date”. The deadline fields stop tracking and sending deadline emails for “Target Resolution Date” (if Actual Resolution Date hasn't been entered) or “Target Disposition Date” (if Actual Disposition Date hasn't been entered) and instead, if the date entered in those fields have past or if Revised Target Resolution Date and Revised Target Disposition Date are entered, the following deadlines will be tracked: “Revised Target Resolution Date” and “Revised Target Disposition Date”. When 75% of the calendar days are reached, the system will email the assigned user every 7 calendar days, notifying them of the upcoming due date. Each of the deadlines has their own separate notification sent.

Ex. for Target Resolution Date: If a Claims and Equitable Adjustments report has a Report Date of March 1st the Target Resolution Date is September 1st, which is 185 days out from the Report Date. On July 17th, when they reach 25%, or 46 days left, of their time remaining until the record deadline, the user will receive an email notification.

Ex. for Revised Target Resolution Date: Target Resolution date is September 1st and today is September 4th. The Revised Target Resolution Date field displays.

Target Resolution Date is September 1st and today is August 31st. The Revised Target Resolution Date field does not display.
